About the Event
Got kids all over your yoga mat and curious about what you do in class? Drop your Little Pretzel off at the studio to hit their own mat. Children ages 5-12 will go on an exciting yoga adventure! Through engaging themes, fun yoga related songs and games they will be introduced to the practice of yoga and mindfulness. Watch your children connect in a community, make friends, build self confidence and self awareness!
kids should dress light as they will get warm. bring water and mat if you have it.
